These campaigns are not always urgent like recalls, but they still matter:

Technical/Service Campaigns

Fix a known issue that may affect performance or reliability. Example: replacing a component that may wear prematurely.

Software Update Campaigns

Update vehicle software (engine control, infotainment, battery management, etc.). Sometimes improves fuel efficiency or fixes bugs.

Quality Enhancement Campaigns

Improve customer satisfaction even if there’s no failure yet. Example: reinforcing a part to prevent future issues.

Safety Recall (a special type)

More serious and often legally required. Addresses a safety defect (e.g., faulty airbags, brake issues).

Alerts

Scam Alert:

Please be vigilant of scammers contacting Chery customers (via e-mail, telephonically or SMS) advising that a recall campaign is underway. These scammers attempt to coerce customers into agreeing to have their vehicle collected for repairs and they inform customers not to take their vehicle to their nearest Chery Dealership — as only selected outlets are allegedly able to do the repairs. We urge our customers to be careful and not to entertain these types of requests.
