Chery South Africa continued to grow ahead of the local vehicle market in July, recording a year-on-year sales increase of 25.54%, compared with the overall market's 13.8% growth.

Following the recent opening of its South African manufacturing facility and continued investment in the region, Chery South Africa has announced an enhanced strategic partnership with Digicall Group to strengthen customer support, roadside assistance and aftersales services across South Africa and selected Southern African Development Community (SADC) markets.

Chery South Africa is strengthening the value proposition of its Tiggo 8 lineup with the recent introduction of the Tiggo 8 Pro LS, which replaces the Tiggo 8 Pro 1.6TGDI 290T Executive+ in the local range. The new derivative has been developed to give customers more of the features they expect from a modern family SUV, while retaining the competitive positioning that has helped make the Tiggo 8 range an appealing option in the local market.
